    Had them buy the Workstation Lock Ver 3.3 from www.posum.com and used it to secure the PC. Then kept the user log-on's and passwords so they could customize their desktops/shortcuts etc. Best to be done for a stand alone Win98 unit with 5 users. Good tips all - Thanks

    Active window becomes inactive whenever I move the mouse away from it

    Thanks for the help everybody. The Tweaki programs was in fact installed on this unit (version 3.1.5). Under "WinTweaks", on the "System Tab" there is an "Enable X Mouse Support" option. Oddly, enabling this option resolved the issue.
