ARCserve 2000/SP3 and Exchange Agent SP3 and following patch

1) Check the Databases compatability from Enterprise manager. It should be 80 for SQL 2000. If it is not, then you have this error.

This happens only if the Exchange 2000 agent, build 394 is isntalled. Client needs to install LO82875.EXE (Sp2) and LO85115.EXE on AS 2000 server.

Please check the RNNAME system variable from computer properites. Delete RNNAME variable and reboot server
