The print head costs 699 and I am experienced. Fixing printers is easy compared to fixing a car. :)

I ordered the 56P1005 engine board, but the guy I bought it from sent me a 99A2155. It looks the same but it still is not working.

I replaced the engine board and RIP card. Now I get a 902 Error code which means, "Replace Engine Board". Do I have to do something after I install the engine board?

start by replacing the bulbs. If tht doesnt fix problem than replace preheater drum. the bulbs olny cost 5 dollars. check other posts on forums. I described in steps on how to replace bulbs.

where can I get the parts catalog? I looked on-line and they sell it for 100.00. Is there a place where the catalog is displayed free? I download a parts update from the site and when I open it, it asks for a password. Do you know the password?
