If you are, try something else for a test. Only happened once to us and no one can tell us why.
You need to log in to the Web interface, from there you can send a backup to an FTP server. From there you can safely shut your servers down also.
Log into the standy server, busy it out and then do a shutdown server.
Log into the online server and do a shutdown forced even if active on it...

If these calls are transfered by the attendant console, check the return call timer on page 2 of console-parameters. If it returns before 6 rings can complete that may be the issue.

it should show you XX out of 64 resources in use, every call uses 2, 1 in and 1 out so each G700 can handle 32 calls at once unless you add a Voip module.

You state 'a' G700 with 3 PRI's. I hope you do not have all 3 DS1 boards in a single G700 and if you do is there an additional VOIP board in the gateway as well? If not, you could easily be running out of VOIP resources which would kill the talk paths.
When you remove ASA from the computer you will have to manually delete the directory as uninstall does not clear everything.

Are you able to set the phone type to 'callrid' not 2500, if not you have wrong pack for this type phone. Need TN793B or TN2793B for cid, note it must be a B and Rel 8.2 or greater.
