justin2000, That was the answer I was looking for. Thanks a million! The Batch file would work if I wanted to go that route, but I just needed t obe able to show my client how to get the magazine out to take out a tape and put another back in it's place. Thanks again. techjnky001- techjnky001

I service a client that has Veritas BE 9.0. There is an internal Sony DDS AutoLoader in the W2K server. How do I eject the magazine? So far the only way I have been able to eject the mag is to reboot the server and enter the BIOS before the OS loads, then I can press the eject button. I am...- techjnky001
