Hi all, I am having an issue with a newly installed SIP dect system OMM 3.1 on MCD 7.0 installed in the cloud. We can make outbound calls fine but on incoming either externally or internally the SIP Dect 622d handsets ring once then stop, and the calling party continue to get the usual ringing...

I have the same problem with VMpro 8.0.1009 on linux ... Intermittent the services stop (2-3 time a day). All is up to date since yesterday at last release and the problem is there. So I remote monitor the voicemail service and I restart manualy. Any solution ?

10 sec on both COS (set and trunk) Also, I tested the same call thru ARS by a ONS phone, and no problem. It's look like the echo canceller don't working correctly. I have the same situation on more than one 3300.

Hi, On 3300 CX MCD 4.2 with analog trunk, when I call thru ARS a external number and I talk over the caller (only one word), the caller voice "cut" for one second ... When I take the same trunk over FAC "individual trunk acces", no problem ! Any idea ? Thank you

I found my problem, should take all the files and unzip them at the same time !

when I download the BCM50 R5 image, the part 2 and 3, I'm not able to unzip the file, I receive error from 7-Zip that the file is broken. With the part 1, no problem. And it's same think with the R6 image, problem to unzip the part 2. Any idea ?
