    I have a Ip dect system(1.11). With a 3701 handset.The handset is not sending any dtmf sounds. Does anybody know if a 3701 handset can send dtmf. Or is something wrong in the configuration I have set DTMF on out of bound in the signaling group.

    I have found the solution If you give the phone a reset (hold reset)The phone will set the qos settings default and when you unplug the phone and plug it back in then he has the values from the 46xx file and the difsrv values from the ip office.

    I would check your dhcp server i think he is giving the phones an ip-addres thats already in use.is the dhcp server in your control or in the customers control.If its in customers control than yoy can use wireshark to prove the problem is in the dhcp serve.Look for any bootp entries in wireshark
