Windows 2000 Professional restarts during install
Not sure if this thread is still active, but I also had the identical problem. I'm glad you listed your devices because I believe the problem is due to your HD. Western Digital HD are set with ATA/100 as default. It turns out that W2K only supports up to ATA/66 until you install service pack 2...- tech21
