    Can someone lead me to this Reg Key for the tape engine that rmv was speaking of. I have a similar problem. I randomly get NT SCSI errors and also randomly the Tape Engine will shut down. Any help would be great. Thanks

    arcserve 9.01 patch 5

    I also do not have support with CA and I just loaded patch 5 and not I cannot backup my Exchange or SQL DB becuase they are in the Network section. Can someone send me the fix also. tdoc1222@yahoo.com
