Newbie- DIFFERENCE of LMI types?

First of all if you only need 7 subnets why have a /28 mask, a /27 would work. Also, I'm not sure I understand your question "is it appropriate for me to go up one bit so there is no confliction with the router address and the network address?(instead of 197.63.51.64, 197.63.51.32...- tcvander
