Wow that is a lot just to exclude 1 extension. I think for now i will leave it included and if they would like to purchase voicemail Pro I will give them that option. If i figure anything out ill post it here. Thanks again for the timely replies!- Tbpman

They do not have Voicemail pro. Would there be anyway to do it with embedded voicemail? Sorry Should have included that information in the first post. Thanks for such a quick reply!- Tbpman

IP office 11 How To Exclude an Extension in Dail By Number in the Auto Attendant.
I have a Customer who has Dial By number set up on there auto attendant. The Boss Man Would like his Extension to not be accessible that way. How would you go about do this? I tried to Exclude the User from the directory but assuming that's only the internal directory. Any help would be...- Tbpman
