florianneumann: You have to have the OS install CD in the drive BEFORE you start up Virtual PC. Just like on regular PCs, it'll scan the CD drive first (or floppy, if ya got one( and if it finds nothing, then will attempt to boot the OS. Since there is none, it cant :-) HOWEVER!!!
