Yes it works in a cluster environment, but obviously the script needs to be changed as the commands are different for taking a resource offline.

Have you tried using Crystal Reporting software. I used to run Crystal reports for Exchange against our Exchange 5.5 server a couple of years ago. Not sure if it will get you exactly what you want but it might be worth investigating.

Sorted it, it was the Fax Connector. After running the Performance Optimizer everything worked fine.

Update: It might not be the Fax connector, we have removed it and still have the same problem of deleting multiple items from any folder. Regards Mark

We have recently had Xmedius Fax Gateway installed on our Exchange 5.5 server as part of integrating with our new Cisco Unity system. Since it was installed if you try and delete more than one item from the deleted items folder outlook crashes??? Has anyone ever come across this? Regards Mark

I followed Richardo's installation sequence and it worked on all of our NT4 and W2k servers, although some of the nt4 needed re service packing.

Is it any easier / better in Exchange 2000?
