Computer doesn't go past Windows screen, some hardware problem...
I may have another insight for you but maybe not. My daughter recently had the same problem on her computer. I had to manually replace her registry folder in XP. Wasn't hard but the computer (Since I didn't load the recovery console as a boot option) was just restarting continuously, just...- Tabbyb
