Has anyone had this error before? "cannot find usable cleaning slot for drive '/dev/rmt/2cbn'?" I get when attempting to label a cartridge of tapes. I tried new cleaning tapes, it just won't let me continue.
We own a subnet, we have given a few IPs to a customer. They are running their own dns and would like us to forward reverse dns requests to their dns servers. Anyone know how this can be done? I know reverse requests for whole subnets can be forwarded, but I only need it for a few IPs. Thanks...
When a tape gets full during a backup, networker doesn't auto rotate in a new tape. It just sits there waiting. I can't unmount and then mount in a new tape manually because it says it busy. My whole tray of DLTs belong to the same group and pool. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks for your help.
I'm running Legato on Solaris and when relabelling tapes I always have to confirm by clicking OK for each single tape in the tray. Is there way to set confirmation on auto so it doesn't ask me if it's okay to overwrite the volume?

I having problems with users recieving their mail. User need to click on a folder or other e-mail in order for them to receive new mail. New mail should appear into their Inbox automatically. Anyone else have this issue?
