If you are going for true silence and cooler temps. water cooling is the way to go....or if you want to go overboard you could get a vapochill case. They are ugly but the temps and sound tests on those things are pretty impressive...along with the price
I work with HDD a lot and have had this happen a lot with western digitals. My drives werent compressed(meaning "zipped" up to save space) and i had to reformat and reinstall windows to get it to work. In some cases that didnt work and i did have to reformat....like windows screwed...
From my experience if you put the faster one in the first DIMM you will run at that speed until the second channel(DIMM) is needed then when the system is forced to right data to the second dimm it underclocks the faster DIMM to match the slower one. You cant have two DIMMS holding data at...

I know that will work, but i know that when i open an aim windows that the two computers are exchanging information...it is just connectionless. But ip's are in the packets that are sent..i am just trying to find a way to make it where i see traffic outside my router?
A buddy of mine demonstrated his ability to obtain my ip address through aim. I thought this was cute skill and he challenged me to find a way to do it myself. I have used ip sniffers and whatnot to monitor my traffic and i understad all if it i see. The problem im having is all the traffic is...
