I'm trying to open up port 45000 for my uTorrent. I using a static ip now. I got a dlink adsl modem and dlink di-524. I have disabled my windows firewall (win XP) and also DMZ my computer in the dlink di-524 router settings. But the port still closed when i checked it. Is there anything else...
