The only thing I can tell you is to check your code, make sure you don't have more then one reference to mm_menu.js. When you export the html file from fireworks, can you open that and view the menu? Or is it only when you try to put the menu code in a page that you built? If that is the case...

thats whatpop up does. it pops up when you mouseover. if you are talking about the initial buttons, then you are saving the files to a location that your html page is not referenceing correctly. check your paths

yes i did, i was exporting the menu incorrectly. open the help file on exporting a fireworks menu into dreamweaver and follow it step by step and you should be good.
