    Found the problem: New security measure for windows. When importing a .exe Windows now blocks it for security measures like Apple does to stop viruses and trojans. You must right click go to properties and click unblock to allow the software on your machine. This will resolve the problem.

    Nope, nothign in the event viewer in terms of errors. So I am assuming R2 is so locked down I can't do anything (since it won't let me even install a program when logged in as this accoutn which is in local admin group), or its the group policy... But the same group policy affects both the test...

    Hello, I know this involved SharePoint and Forefront, but I have narrowed it down to an R2 problem as far as I can tell: I have 2 servers which are my test server and my live server. Live Server - Windows 2003 Server, MOSS2007 B2TR Test Server - Windows 2003 Server R2, MOSS2007 B2TR Anyways...
