LD calls fail from MS LYNC to CS1000E
We have a CS1000M system that we are retiring and are moving resources to three CS1000E systems. Two weeks ago we moved the long distance trunks from the M to one of the E systems and we have discovered that LD calls from LYNC fail. MC32 commands
I have a MC32 card that I suspect may be having issues. I need to pull the syslog but I have not used the direct connect commands in quite a long time. How do I get to the C:/ drive to get the log. I did try the traceFilePut command but I did not have the correct info for it to work.- SWTLayne
