Goto System Programming/Receiver Volume and change it from Use sys volume to Use set volume. Just to let you know, this is a system wide change and all phones will use this setting.
A statement in the CallPilot 150 Rel 3.0 CD says "Note: If you are using the Auto-Attendant, only 200 mailboxs are supported". Does this mean if you use the Auto-Attendant at all, only 200 mailboxs are supported or if the Auto-Attendant answer's the lines on 0 rings? Tks.
Hookup an ATA to the system. Then take the output of the ATA and attach it to a spare line in the system. Setup the voicemail to answer on 0 rings for the line.
Has anyone had Set Relocation not work? I have a customer that has a MICS with 6.1 software & I tried moving a phone and the extension did not move? Tks.
I was told there is a battery on the main core and a battery in the sleave. Is this true? I think the best thing to do at this point is see the customer a used MICS & toss the 8x24.

I have a customer with MICS 2.0 software and they want to use their GOLDMINE database software with the Norstar system. I have never used the Norstar Unified Messaging, so I do not know if it is compatible. Tks.
I recently replaced the main "sleave" because the battery was not holding the programming after losing power. The system lost power the other day and it again lost the programming. Is the DR5 switch "on its last leg" or is there something else I should be looking at? Tks.
I have a customer that wants caller id (they have MICS 5.0). I know you have to wait for 2 rings for the caller id to come in from the CO. Do you see the caller id info before you pickup the phone? Also, after the call is picked up an transfered, does the person receiving the call see the caller...
