    Ahhh.. it's good to answer my own question... Often, this error is caused when the FedEx Tracking Software is installed on a workstation that also runs Visual Manufacturing software. The FedEx program uses 3 graphic server files, which Visual also uses, but the ones installed by the FedEx...

    While printing a sales order 'randomly' a msg appears stating: error encountered loading library RDWI15.dll This is an old workstation running Windows 95...'stop laughing' :) Any ideas? upgrade to 98 or perhaps an odbc issue? Thx in advance Scott
