If you are getting a 'busy'tone when dialing, try 'list trace station', submit that then on the IP phone that has the problem (the extension number you entered in the 'list trace station' command) dial the number again. List trace should tell you why you got the busy.
To see if the R300 is actualy sending out digits - go to the 'diagnostics' mode prompt and type 'h225 debug 1'. I will assume the trunk type is a T1. When finished be sure to type 'h225 debug 0'. Note that the '0' turns the debugger off. Look back through the trace and you will see the digits...
