Update: After re-recording the outgoing message, callers now hear static with VM, as well as ASA.

Hello, I have a Partner ACS 7 with VM card and there is static only on playback. Callers do not hear static and there is no static anywhere else in the system except for voicemail playback. It started suddenly 2 days ago. Any ideas?

I have a Partner ACS r6 with a backup/restore card. The card is recognized and works, as I am able to perform a backup and recovery from it. When I dial ext 76 from ICM, it just rings without the modem picking up. I have a password setup and added extension 76 to hunt group 6 but still no luck...

All they had to do was press the lit button and the call would ring. Is it possible that the button logged them in but when they hung up the call it auto logged them out? They never had to separately log out in order for calls to queue after x seconds.

ok great, thanks! When in NIGHT mode will ext 10 pick up immediately? Also, stupid question... how do you blank out a button that has something programmed on it? It is easy with SPM but I can't seem to figure it out in central programming.
