I get this error if I dont reset the SpectraLink gateway after setting up or changing any configs. Its some kind of config lock which isn't cleared until reset.

Your going to have to download the serveraid 6.10 cd from IBM. Burn it and you will be able to boot from it and set up your raid. While your at it you can get the updatexpress cd and update all your bios and firmware in that machine.
