Thanks garebo,
I had been to Biostar but could not find the drivers. The only one I found was for winXP. I have downloaded the one you pointed me to and I believe it is working. I have some more work to do on the computer but so far looks like the USB are again working.

The email downloads to a program. I thought maybe she was getting disconnected but she isn't, and this wouldn't explain why she has to reboot her computer.

I am a support tech for an ISP and I have a customer who can not open flash attachments. She is using Outlook Express. I have checked all the security settings in OE and found nothing wrong. We had her reinstall her flash and that hasn't helped. Any suggested would be greatly appreciated.

I need to find out if there is anything that can be done to increase the transfer rate. My customer can connect at 49000 but max transfer rate is 4.3kbps. He is running windows 98se on Intel Pentium II 350 MHz and has a SupraMAX 56i Voice PCI modem. Can you help with this.

Hello,
I am not real familiar with Outlook, but it is similar to Outlook Express so you should be able to setup different Identities. If you look under the File menu then you should see Identities-Add new Identity.
Hope this helps.

I have a customer who cannot send attachments through his email. He is using Outlook Express 6 on WindowME. It doesn't matter what size the attachment. No error message just times out. Can anyone help?
