I don't believe her computer is locking up. She said if she checks her mail and then tries to send mail she gets this error 0x800ccc0f. If she doesn't reboot she continues to get this error when trying to send. After she reboots and reconnects the mail in the outbox will send but then she can't...

Hello, I am not real familiar with Outlook, but it is similar to Outlook Express so you should be able to setup different Identities. If you look under the File menu then you should see Identities-Add new Identity. Hope this helps. Suzie

smichael, This could be a problem with any of the things you listed. You should call your ISP support for help with this if you are still having a problem.
