Thx for your answer. But my problem is not the Timeserv.exe from Win NT (this is upgradet to w32time and works correct).
My problem is the W2K Client that can not adjust itself to my W2K3 Timeserver ("no Timeserver is available"). And when i look in our Network-environment, the Timeserver...

*First: We use a NT4 Domin whit NT4, W2K and W2K3 Server*
I have upgradet my W2k Time Server to a Windows 2003 Server.
Now it's not longer possibel to synchronsation my W2k Clients whit this NT4-Domain Member TimeServer Server.
