Like Dexman says, buying an R6 processor would be a better option. Investing some money in your business for the phone system should be a top priority.
I think you can also use 4 meg card. The card has to be an Avaya card because it contains a special format. I don't think you can format any 4 meg card in windows and expect the Definity software to be able to use it.
TexasRedCMC is correct. The connection to the phone relies on gravity and its not a very heavy phone. Sometimes even holding the phone down with your hand works.
The comcode on your R4 processor comes back as "PAR ACS PROC MOD R1 REP" so it was probably upgraded to the R4. The comcode for the R6 is not a valid comcode. Can you recheck your numbers?
