The sound works either through the headset or through the external speakers. This is quite normal behaviour when using a headset or earphones, but the overide ("Play ringing through the internal PC Speakers") in the Agent Software is trying to route JUST the ringer through the speakers, but failing.

We're running Avaya One X Agent 2.5 on Win 7. We can't get the ringer to ring on the PC's external speaker. Instead, along with voice, it rings through on the headsets. We have "ticked" the Agent Preferences, Audio, "Play ringing through the internal PC Speakers"...
