Mail coming in without sender's information
i am receiving and sending mail with no problems, however when i receive mail externally, the sender's information is left blank. when it comes from internal users' the information shows up just fine. what could be the problem here ? thanks for your help.- sunnybaz

OWA - done but how does internet connect ?
