    Read this: http://www.msexchange.org/tutorials/OWA2003Forms-based-Authentication-default-domain.html You will see a picture where it says "default domain" you can type your domain in there.

    It should only ask for Authetication once unless you are using RSA token or something of that nature. I really dont understand your question. Maybe you need to use a different format.. domainname\username password

    I've seen this happen when the office install was done using an ost file and installed on citrix. We had to use a reg hack to make it go through. the send/receive button was not selected in outlook options. What if you try sending mail via OWA what happens then?

    Wha do you suggest for about 7000+ users. Should be tighen up the gateway to note allow exe to be download. How would you suggest limited spyware on machine. Is there some full time software that could be run?

    Did someone close up port 25? Check that the default virtual smtp server is up and running.
