Add/Remove Programs window is BLANK!
Not sure whether this will help, but the last time i had this error, there was a virus on my pc. I ran Stinger (downloaded from McAfee's site), and once clean, the Add/Remove Programs list can back.- sullie

Reaction to right click on desktop is very slow
I too have the same issue on my Win2k PCs with SP4 installed. If i build the same PC with SP2 there is no issue. This however is a problem as i need SP4 installed for some of my new apps. Any ideas?- sullie
