    Avaya communicator 5 second delay

    Have a customer on V10 using a lot of softphones ( Avaya communicator) they are now reporting any calls to or from softphones have a 5 second delay before speech connects, other IP phones SIP trunks are all ok. Anyone any ideas? Thanks

    Talk Talk SIP

    Got several IP 500 using Talk Talk SIP trunks, suddenly all sites over V10 stopped working, couldnt dial out or in. I removed STUN server and they could dial out but then couldnt transfer/Park etc. Is there anything different about V10 upwards? do I need STUN server if so whats recommended?
