I don't understand why you simply don't back everything up using ALL_LOCAL_DRIVES as the filelist. If a new filesystem is added you will back it up automatically. if a filesystem is removed you will not get an error. It is easy to maintain.

Ok, this is not pretty but.....
cat_convert -dump -short
Enables you to view the contents of catalog image.f files and the fourth field contains the filename
The files are located here:
/usr/openv/netbackup/db/images/$CLIENTNAME/*/*.f
BUT: some of them will be in NetBackup compressed...
Well then back to my suggestion:
Check the value set for "Move backup job from incomplete state to done state"

you can create a for-loop of a list of media through the command bpexpdate to first expire the images on the media and then you can once again use bpexpdate to -deassignempty

I do not have LeadTools but did you try shutting the application down prior to the backup? Also check for defragmentation.

You cannot change the volume pool on media that contains data. Actually there is a way but it is complicted and I would not want to be responsible for any data loss. However, one easy way...You can duplicate the images to another media and then expire the original.
