    Thanks for the reply. How do I rectify this? I have used the software on the CD provided (V3.0)to try and connect. I have been on to the Panasonic website to see if there are any updated downloads. If there are any I cannot find them for this model. Suggestions would be helpful.

    Thanks obtsystems for the reply. Would you be able to suggest a fix for another problem. I managed to programme the system using the handset. However I tried to connect and programme using the USB port after installing the software on the pc. All I get back is a message "Cannot Connect with PBX...

    I have just installed a new system with 1 line and 8 extensions. How do I stop all extensions from ringing when an external call comes in. Just want 2 main extns to ring for external calls but all extns to ring for internals calls.Help would be most appreciated.
