Phaser 560 - how to reset fuser count, and toner count
Further information on Phaser 560 consumables - this time from Xerox Europe: Fuser Roll: Each one has a fuse installed - the printer senses a new unit by the fact that the fuse is intact. Half used consumables and auto shut off in 560
I have a Phaser 560 - it has given the error message Stopped: Fuser Roll Replace - and stopped working. Looking at the fuser roll however shows that it has plenty of material left and doesn't need replacing. How do you clear the error without replacing the fuser roll? Yes... and I have a similar problem... a fuser roll that has not expired, but a machine - Phaser 560 - that tells me it has and has stopped printing. How do you reset the internal counter for the fuser roll such that the machine will run again? Alternatively, what is there about a new fuser...- stuarthx
