Sorry to take so long to reply Spool, Got round it by reimaging and on master image putting a deny on the students group on windows.chm which is the file f1 calls. Strangetimes

Hi Our website is hosted by our ISP but has the same DNS suffix as our internal 2000 network. We cannot access the website from our domain because the DNS server is looking internally (as it would) and can't see it out on the ISP's network. I know there is a workaround for this, can anybody...

Thanks for that bcastner. I haven't had time to look at it yet, I've been trying to ressurect Exchange for the last day, still with no luck, got some more avenues to explore though. (Staff are getting *issed at having no email!) BTW My workstations are all named by room eg. E9_01, J14_37 etc...
