Thank you for your suggestion and I certainly agree that Googling errors is usually my first move. However, I have already tried Google and found nothing and was I surprised! I thought this would be a very common problem.

I develop in Access2000 but also have Access2003 loaded as well as VB6. I can use the rich text box in both Access2000 and VB^ but when i try to use in 2003 it gibes me an error that Access can't use the Activex control. It appears that Richtx32.ocx is registered and referenced in Access 2003...
