PRI goes down every couple of hours.
Check the setting coming from the telco. They don't always configure correctly. If you have a T-berd or a T-Comm monitor the T-1 to be sure that you are receiving what they say they are sending. Also look to the build-out for the T-1. How far are you from the Smart Jack? You might need to...- stockwj

PRI trouble
With PRI service you must make sure that the D channel is working! Go in maintenance and check to see if the D channel is active. If not be sure that you have clocking set with one end as primary and ther other as secondary. Does your T-1 pass between two CO's? Qwest does not provide...- stockwj
