Instead of numbering my pages 1, 2, 3, and so on, I would like to number them 1, 3, 5, or 2, 4, 6. I do not want to insert blank pages. Any idea of how to do it?
When you create a 2-column report, you don't want your just one line of data to appear by itself on one column. That being accomplished, you want a group header to repeat from one column to the next. A good example of where you might use this is creating a phone book.

While this will work, I would prefer that there would be no blank pages. What do you do if you are at the bottom of a page, your text is justified and the paragraph is not finished? How do you get the paragraph to be be flush left and right?
