    thanks for the help but i have tried various makes of 128 sdram and 133 will just not work on the motherboard, actually wont boot up, maybe i should just face up to the fact that it is an old board ( seen its day )and invest on a 2 gig board and chip instead of trying to get it to work better...

    i am wondering if you can anyone help me i have a athlon 700 slot 'a' the motherboard is ms-6191 micro atx ir2 is there a jumper that i can change to allow me to use 128 sdram pc 133 instead of the pc 100 that it is set for, if you can help i would be very greatfull. thanks steve laing
