hi the most recent date is today (inbox)...only problem i can see is that he has a laptop and for some reason it cannot sync with the fileserver at present..not sure if this will affect archiving on outlook though steve- stevegates

got a machine that has autparchiving set but when you run auto archive it is not deleting any mails in the inbox...I have checked all settings and they are correct...any ideas? steve- stevegates
