    Good tip! I will have to remember that in the future. But the cordless is the Avaya 9031 (and yes the Partner18) so there has to be a way to make that work through the system programming.

    I would like to simultaneously ring two phones at one time. How would I do this? I have a guy who has a desk phone and a cordless as well when he goes out on the shop floor. If somebody rang his desk phone, then I would like for it to ring his cordless. Any ideas? Thanks

    Can you mute a phone call on the 18D phones? Is that a phone feature and not a Partner feature?
