CMS supervisor V12 isn't compatable with V11 or lower but you can use CMS Terminal for multiple versions.

You can use supervisor it's under Tools / Call Center Administration

You need to set the value in the skill call profile setup Inc 1 relates to ABNCALLS1 and Inc 2 relates to ABNCALLS2 and so on. In the first Inc put the 15 seconds. Steve

I've just tried the busyout command on a site with a S8700 and only get mis or processor-ip-interface but if I try it on a definity R9 I can busyout just about everything and have a super user login for both!!!!

Try the busy board command for all of the boards within the trunk group then release the boards when you've finished

We used Symon Communication linked into CMS to dispay real time stats on wallboards. They also provide a 'Tray View' solution which is displayed on the desktop.

Do you run your ISDN lines through a voice recorder? Have had this problem before and found that the T connector in the back of a recorder was faulty.
