One more question, is there a faster way to get the same results? I have 8 SUMPRODUCT formulas on this work sheet and it takes 25 seconds to calculate. I know that there is probably a better way.

I put in the formulas exactly as you have them and I am still getting a 0 for sum. These are the formulas that I've tried.
=SUMPRODUCT((Shop=A2)*(MONTH(Date)=MONTH(B2))*(YEAR(Date)=YEAR(B2))*ProdTot)

Go to Insert on your menu bar, select Hyperlink and browse to the web page or directory that you want. Above the folder drop down list is a bar that says "Text to display". Type in whatever you want to and send the e-mail. Hope this helps.

You can also select "Handouts" in the print setup and set the number of slides to 3. Sending the presentation to Word does give you many more options, including printing out any notes along with the slides.
