You can increase this in various places in 4.5.3. Either At collaboration rule properties .... in Initialisation String type -mx 128000000 (-mx is max heap size, -ms is starting heap size) OR stceway eWay config file. Fill in the appropriate box. If still out of memory then keep doubling...

Environment is either missing files (eway config / cp config / crs) or the collaboration is invalid. Or event type is not defined.

Uninstalling JDK didn't work either!! Will try once more to uninstall the whole lot (eGate, JDK) and clean registry. Then re-install. Nightmare!
