This will get you the two different colum types. But when you add the cumulative lines it doesnt look right because the x scale skips every other row.

I am trying to add a column to a pivot table in the form of a calculated field. What this column would do is keep a running sum of the counts in the column next to it. I would need to replicate it for all the columns.

I have looked for the soulution for this in many forums. I know how to set a text box and lable .visible to false base on the value in the text box. The problem I have is getting the items below the hidden text box to move up in its place. Instead of just leaving a blank on the report.

Got it. I had to add oDoc.Repaginate before I get the count.

When I type activeDocument.Content.Information(wdActiveEndPageNumber) into the imedeate window it gives me the proper total.

Excellent suggestion, but I would like to keep it in word so I can distribute it to my fellow employees as an add-in. Many of them are not familiar with excel and are not able to make use of its full potential.
