Hi Victoria, They are on Windows 7 Professional 32 bit. They can see network drives elsewhere. When they are printing a report (or inquiry) and click the destination button then then click File, the drop down only shows their local drives. It's not really a client...I'm a customer. :)...

Unless it's changed in version 9, the document will no longer show on the report after 999 days past due. The field size will only hold 3 digits so you won't be able to put 9999. Their suggested work around is to void the document and re-enter it on a later date.

You just void the payments under Transactions-Purchasing-Void Historical then you can reselect them for payment.
