First you should go to the Control Panel add/remove programs and uninstall Kazaa and P2P Networking, which was installed with Kazaa, and then run "kazaabegone" or you will continue to have logs like these.....check out this link :-...
Maybe an entry in your hosts file ?

The easiest way is to download Spybot
Click the "immunize" button....on that page you will see a box to tick "lock ie start page"
Download and install SpyBot,

1. Go to Tools\internet options\connections\settings and make sure "use a proxy server for this connection" is unticked
