We have a Panasonic KX-TDA30 and we try to manage it with the "maintenance console software" version 2.205.
When we try tu use it with the USB cable on the PABX, we have the following error message:
c:\program files\panasonic\kx-tda30 maintenance console\v200\tda30.wid was denied
Is it sound...
my actual config is an M3820 with an MCA module, which is accessing an DAC card (NT7D16), then I can access our PABX and our Voice mail for programming, I try to use same config on a M3904 with a CTIA module and the same DAC card.
in theory this module should replace on 3900 serie the mca, and i would like to use it for an internal access to the pabx, but my config seems to be wrong.
Do you know if there is a paper in Nortel documentation related to CTIA module (description, installation, administration operation) like there one (553-2731-109) dedicated to Meridian Communications Unit and Meridian Communications Adapter. Thank you.
I would like to program a TN for a CTIA module. If I am clear with the "data" TN number (+16 to voice TN) what are specifics parameters in CLS for this module. Our system is a 61c with release 4.5 Thanks for your help.
Thanks to all for your messages. I havn't test and checked all your suggestions.
In brief, we have an option 51c with:
VERSION 2811
RELEASE 25
ISSUE 40 B +
We tried different ports on the XDAC and problem remains the same.
AUTB is a default one when you build the port.
Our connection is...
The MCA module for M3820 has the power integrated on the board it is not divided in two physical cards.
MCA for M2616 was NT2K65, for M3028 it is NT2K69.
Hope this help.
I agree with you 65 has the same effect as switching power on off but it doesn't solve the problem.
From the XDAC a cable goes to the repartitor then to terminal in place of Octopus cable.
On terminal side connections are:
2 (Txd)
3 (Rxd)
7 (Gnd)
20 (Dtr)
5 (Cts)
6 (Dsr)
8 (Dcd)
22(RI)
Following a previous message, we are now able to have a remote access to our PABX and our Voice mail through MCA module (NT2K69) linked to an XDAC card (NT7D16).
The only thing which is wrong is that we need to reset the MCA module (switch power off power on)each time for establishing the...
Hello, and thanks for your reply.
In fact it is what we have now in place, but we have a big removal in our building and I have not asuuficient capacity for maintaining real TN for this purpose that is why I try to explore this way with Phantom Loop.
Bernard Pattyn
Does anyone of you have already worked on "Phantom loops".
I assume it should be created under overlay 97 from N0 to N256 for Meridian 51-81c.
Your experience will be welcome.
Our idea is to create phantom loops for a serie of DN which are now unavailable and CFW these on meridian...
